Coconut & Raspberry Smoothie Delight
Break out that blender and get ready to start your morning right with a delicious coconut and raspberry smoothie. As a new mom myself though, I know how difficult it might be to get out of bed to start your day. That’s why I was incredibly pleased at how quick and easy this smoothie is to put together! With only five minutes, you’ll be able to greet the morning on a brighter note.
I did a lot of research to find out what exactly I could add to this smoothie to really boost its nutritional power. The sweet coconuts and raspberries are already delicious, but what about LSA powder? LSA stands for linseeds, sunflower seeds, and almonds, with the powder combining all three in a coarse ground form. It’s rich in protein to curb hunger and sugar cravings, with lots of omega-3 fats, vitamins, zinc, and magnesium to completely regulate your body! When it comes to a superfood, LSA takes the cake.

Start your morning activities without having a super heavy meal right away. All of the fruit and nutrients in this smoothie really help you feel good. Trust me, I know! With just this smoothie, I have enough energy for my morning jogs without having to obsess about what I could be putting in my body thanks to the wonderful nutrients right inside.

Catalyst Whey Protein Powder
You’ve already got some protein in your LSA powder, but add a little more with catalyst whey protein powder. This simple powder adds in some more protein to build lean muscle while repairing tissue and muscle damage from exercise. It’s great because it’s almost fat free and has an extremely low amount of sugar!
Frozen Raspberries and Ground Flaxseed
One of the best ways to keep your fresh raspberries fresh is to freeze them. I’ve been doing this for years so I could have smoothies year-round without needing to worry that my fruit’s been compromised. When you freeze those raspberries, all of the fiber and nutrients are preserved, which is great since raspberries are naturally low in sugar, rich in antioxidants, and not to mention delicious too.

Ground flaxseeds are a great addition that won’t take up too much space while adding in a huge amount of omega-3s as well as lignans. I know I’m a little bit of a health nut, but trust me when I say lignans are great for you! They have both plant estrogen and antioxidant properties and are known to have tons of phenomenal benefits- with just a spoonful in your smoothie.
